Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Fly Notes website and app. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Fly Notes.

1. The service

Fly Notes is an iPhone app for capturing and organizing notes, to-dos, and reminders, with optional AI-assisted features ("Ask") and cloud transcription. Some features require an account and an internet connection.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Fly Notes. You sign in with Apple or Google, and you're responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Fly Notes — including by breaking the law, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt or overload the service, or abusing the AI features. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Your content

Your notes are yours. You're responsible for what you capture. Because notes are stored on your device, keeping your own backups (for example, via your iPhone's backup) is your responsibility. If you turn on iCloud sync, your notes are stored in your own iCloud account — Apple's storage, subject to your available iCloud space and to Apple's terms. That storage is yours; we don't control your iCloud account and aren't responsible for its availability.

5. AI features

Ask and transcription use automated systems and can be wrong or incomplete. Don't rely on them for decisions that need professional, legal, medical, or financial certainty. Using Ask or cloud transcription sends the relevant content to our AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Plans and payments

Fly Notes offers free features, and an optional paid subscription ("Fly Notes Pro") that raises the limits on metered features such as Ask and unlocks live iCloud sync across your devices. If you subscribe, the price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown at purchase and billed through Apple; subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your App Store account settings.

Fair-use limits. Some features — such as Ask and cloud transcription — are subject to fair-use limits that keep the service fast and reliable and prevent abuse. The limits that apply to your plan are shown in the app before you subscribe. We may adjust these limits from time to time for a valid reason — for example to protect service quality, prevent misuse, or reflect our costs. For free features, limits may change at any time. For an active paid subscription, any change that materially reduces a limit takes effect only from your next renewal; if you don't agree, you can cancel before it renews so you are not charged for the new period. The then-current limits are always shown in the app.

7. Availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms. We aren't liable for downtime or data loss; please keep your own backups.

8. Disclaimers

Fly Notes is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fly Notes (operated by INNOV8 VENTURES COMPANY LIMITED) isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of Fly Notes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence; if you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may also bring claims in the courts of the country where you live.
